Delete your account
Before you delete
Cancel Fitness Premium in your App Store or Google Play account first. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
In the game
Settings›Privacy & safety›Delete account
Without the game
Email us from any address with your username, which you find in Settings › Account & profile.
We will check that the account is yours before we delete anything, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile and username
- Your monsters, eggs, items and drone designs
- Coins, Gems and Bolts, including what you bought
- Fitness data synced from the Apple Health app or Health Connect
- Your Arena teams and battle history
What is kept
- Purchase records, for tax and refunds TODO(owner): how long
- Safety reports you made or that name you TODO(owner): how long
- Ad reward confirmations, deleted after 90 days
- Your name in other players' Arena replays TODO(owner): removed or kept
